An attractive, simple Shino low-fired pottery dish with flat, scraped foot, also with a glaze swipe and impressed two character mark within cartouche. The rim and a boat decoration accented with brushed iron oxide. Good condition. Edo period. Diameter, about 8 1/2 inches
